Due to the nature of these products, there is a chance that they may sell out without being reflected on the website. If this happens, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase. Once you have been notified, you may either choose to receive a refund for the product or wait for the item to get back in stock, should that item have an expected restock date. Otherwise, you may also be granted store credit at the value of the item if you so choose.

Mail out days are generally Fridays but may vary. So, if you order on a Monday, it’ll go out that Friday, if you order on a Saturday, it may not go out until the following Friday… but often will go out sooner.
Custom orders take at minimum a week to process. Creation time of the custom order varies based on products purchased. Custom products will have a production time frame listed on their product page. If there is a backlog of orders causing increased production time, you will be notified and have the option to continue with the order or cancel it.
Please understand that nobody at the Omnia Corvus Curiosities Shoppe has the power to control USPS or any other shipping company. Mistakes happen within their systems that we can not rectify. We will do everything in our power to help you should something happen, but lost/missing packages once they’ve been shipped are completely out of our hands.
Shipping Fees : Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items together in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately unless they are made within 24 hours, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
International Shipping Fees: International shipping can be EXPENSIVE. It’s just reality. Please contact us for a shipping quote before you place your order to be sure you wish to pay the shipping cost.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. If you mail us back a return, you need to send us an email that includes the tracking number and shipping date of the parcel.
Request a cancellation of your order within: 24 hours of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Metaphysical Services (can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items are to be returned in new and unused condition with all original tags. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once a return has been received by Omnia Corvus and we have had the opportunity to inspect your item, we will process your return of exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
